Should the item be returned within 30 days, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt, a full refund shall be granted. Cigar Accessories and Other Merchandise

All returns must be pre-authorized via email at afterburnercigarlounge@gmail.com

Merchandise returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund, if eligible

New, unopened cigar accessories may be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping charges

Unused pipes, apparel, and jewelry can only be returned if damaged or defective. Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at afterburnercigarlounge@gmail.com for pre-authorization.  A delay in notification may preclude your return. Photo evidence is required for all merchandise that is damaged upon receipt.

Humidors that have been seasoned are not eligible for return!!!
